The foundation also protects the public interest through monitoring and enforcement to ensure the new, for-profit Summa Health System honors the commitments made by Health Assurance Transformation LLC (HATCo) during the transaction.
Trailhead Community Health Foundation serves Greater Akron, which includes Summit, Medina, Portage, Stark, and Wayne counties.
